Azure - Exclusive Escapes

Description

The Azure holiday house is located at 700 Caves Road, Dunsborough, Western Australia, between Dunsborough and Busselton. This is right in the centre of the Margaret River region. Our accommodation is part of the Wyndham Resort and Spa complex, and Azure guests have full use of all of the Resort facilities. Driving time from Perth is around 90-120 minutes. This makes Azure a convenient drive from Perth for that luxury long weekend.

Inside there are two generous indoor living spaces. The main living area on the ground floor incorporates a contemporary kitchen (with seating at the kitchen bar), indoor dining and living room. The living room is equipped with a television and a gas-fired fireplace. This creates a comfortable living space with everything needed to keep the whole family entertained.

There are 3 levels containing 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd-floor and 1 on the 3rd-floor. On the 2nd-floor, 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 can be made into a King.

For a small fee a baby cot can be arranged in advance if you need one. All bedrooms have large wardrobes, with significant additional storage space for your luggage. All linen and towels are provided.

Whatever you wish to cook or eat, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots and pans, crockery and utensils that you need. As you can see, all your needs are catered for, whether you want to cook for yourself, go to a restaurant or order in.

There is a separate laundry room with a tub, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, and iron. Additional cleaning equipment is also in the laundry.

Guests have access to all the facilities of the Wyndham Resort, right next door. These facilities include a magnificent swimming pool, outdoor spa pool, gym to work out in and table tennis table. In addition, there are bicycles for adults and children and you can even take out a sea kayak to the very safe and stunning white sand beach that extends for kilometres in both directions. There is also a playground to keep your children entertained. Pool opening and closing times are controlled by the resort. Beach towels are not provided by the resort, you will need to bring your own. The tennis courts are available for use. Please use white-soled shoes. Bikes, skateboards and scooters are not permitted on the tennis court. BYO tennis racquets and balls.

Wyndham Resort has a highly regarded spa and beauty clinic, so you can treat yourself or your significant other. The Resort has an excellent restaurant that provides breakfast and dinner at an extra charge.

Please note there is construction in progress on this street. There is parking for 2x cars in the garage. All other cars must be parked in the overflow parking at the front of the resort.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
