Northcliffe is 12 km away. Take the Wheatley Coast Road and look for the signs for Watermark Kilns, which was the previous name. ( we have now changed it to Karri Hill Cottages, but signs are still in the making) . Turn into Hillbrook Rd. on your right and after 3 kms you will see a turnoff signposted for Watermark Kilns on Karri Hill Road and the cottages are just 200 m further.
To get here from Perth or Manjimup, make sure not to follow Google. It sends you on a difficult shortcut through the forest. Instead, take the Wheatley Coast Road and then look for the sign on Hillbrook Rd. However, this road goes in a loop and you want to take the second turn off for Hillbrook Road, which is some kms after Hillbrook Vineyards. Then it's easy, you will see a turnoff signposted for Watermark Kilns on Karri Hill Road and the cottages are just 200 m further.

Follow for 2.5 km then turn right at Moorialup Road. Follow for approx another 2.5km and we are on your right!
FROM PERTH: Take Albany Highway from Armadale and follow until you reach Mount Barker- then follow the Mount Barker directions above.

Starting Journey from PERTH.The distance is approximately 335 km's. Please allow about 3 ½ - 4 hours of travelling time. Take the Forrest Highway to Bunbury. Then continue from Bunbury by following one of the following options.
Option A: Via Bussell Highway…At the big round about before Bunbury, turn on to Bunbury Bypass. Follow the signs to Busselton, along the Bussell Highway. Just about 8 km before Busselton, left turn on to Sues Road, following the signs to Nannup & Pemberton. We are on Vasse Highway, about 57 km after Nannup and 22 km before you get to Pemberton. When the speed limit changes to 70Km, we are about 2 minutes from here. After this sign there is an intersection of Hop Garden Road, keep travelling a bit further and RAC Karri Valley Resort will be on your left . Please drive in to get to the Reception.
Option B: Via South Western Highway...At the big round about before Bunbury, turn on to Bunbury Bypass. Follow South Western Highway through Donnybrook, Bridgetown and then Manjimup. Turn right onto Vasse Highway heading towards Pemberton. About 3 km past Pemberton, turn right to continue on the Vasse Highway. There is a blue sign stating 'RAC Karri Valley Resort 17km' at this intersection. Follow the Vasse Highway and when the speed limit changes to 70km, we are about 2 minutes away. Karri Valley Resort will be on your right side just before Hop Garden Road. Please drive in to get to the Reception. Be aware of the Kangaroos.Please be careful and slow down.

Upon entering the 70 km/h speed zone in Karri Valley, look for the large blue tourist directional sign just beside the tennis courts. Turn into Hopgarden Road, turn left after the bridge. Karri Valley Chalets reception is only 300m from here (the second driveway on your left, just past Dunnett Rd intersection and our sign).
Please note: There are four different hospitality businesses located in Karri Valley. We have excellent signage to our reception from the Vasse highway. Please follow these signs carefully to ensure you arrive at the right property (this saves a great deal of confusion)

Karri Valley is a relaxing three to four hour drive from Perth via Bunbury. Take the Kwinana/Bunbury Freeway from Perth. It is a good idea to refuel in Bunbury. From Bunbury, continue down the Bussell Highway towards Busselton for around 40km and turn left into Sue’s Road. Continue along Sue’s Road for around 58km to the end and turn left into Brockman Highway. After approx. 11km, turn right (follow sign to Pemberton) into Stewart Road and continue 29km to the end. Turn right into Vasse Highway and drive around 30km until you come to a 70kph speed sign. Hopgarden Road is the next road on the left, just before the Karri Valley Resort. Turn into Hopgarden Road, cross the small bridge and turn left again. Karri Valley Hideaway Cottages is the first driveway on the left from there.
If you prefer to travel via Nannup, follow the signs from Bunbury to Nannup, then after you cross the bridge leaving Nannup, turn left onto the Vasse Highway towards Pemberton. Less than an hour along Vasse Highway you’ll come to the 70kph speed sign and Hopgarden Road is the next on the left.
If travelling via Manjimup and Pemberton, turn right onto Vasse Highway approx. 2km from Pemberton towards Nannup. Hopgarden Road is less than 20km on the right, just after the Karri Valley Resort.

We have tried to make our home a child friendly home with a swing set, porta cot, highchair and play toys for the young ones. Tucked away at the top end of a quiet, safe, cul-de-sac, near the popular children's rock pools “Blue Holes" you can have a wonderful early morning look in safety at the marine life and drift off to sleep with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach only a few hundred meters away .
Only 15 min walking distance (approx) to the town centre, shops, cafe's, restaurants and the calm waters of Chinaman's beach where children can swim or jump off the jetty in safety. We have plenty of room for the fisherperson, ample room to store a large boat and the boat ramp less than 5 min drive away.

Once in Margaret River continue on the Bussell Hwy until you are approximately in the middle of town. Look for Willmott Ave. It is a "T" junction and has the Margaret River Hotel on the corner. Turn left into Willmott Ave and drive up the hill past Woolworths
on your left and the Post Office on your right. Once over the top of the hill you will see that the road has a large dip and at the bottom of the dip on the left there is a timber sign indicating "Arcadia Chalets".
Drive left down the entry immediately after the sign and follow the narrow private road. The road loops around to the left after about 75m. (Don't go into the parking area at bend in the road). Follow the road around the bend and you will see two double story cottages on your left. A River Cottage is the second one. There is a No15 on the centre verandah post and "A River Cottage" on wall.
There is a parking space at the right side of the house and you can also park parallel to the road just past the house.

From the south the most scenic route is north along Caves Road, passing through the Boranup forest and approximately three kilometres past Calgardup cave entrance, you will find Redgate Road, where you turn left towards the beach. From the north, on Caves Road, drive past the turning to Prevelly and continue heading south for approximately nine kilometres. Turn right into Redgate Road and our entrance is approximately one and a half kilometres on the right hand side.

This is the access road to the property. It is well signposted. The road goes across the paddocks and into the forest. Take care when travelling along this road and for safety please observe the speed limits. It is a single lane road and you may encounter cars coming in the other direction. There are several bays along the road to enable cars to pass each other. The road comes out into the clearing at the top of a hill. Be sure to come to a complete stop at the stop sign as the road is steep. The chalets and cottage are down to the left.

Take Sues Road for approximately 59 km before you hit a T junction at Brockman Highway.
