This gorgeous two-storey luxury apartment in central Dunsborough is the ideal base for your next visit to the Margaret River Region. Couples, friends and families will enjoy the proximity to everything on offer.

Although it has a main street address, it's set well behind other buildings and is wonderfully buffered from most traffic noise. Its elevated position gives you some precious privacy as well as lovely tree-top views.

You will also love the apartment's spaciousness and the fully equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge, and all the cookware you will need for a convenient self-catering stay. The sheltered patio and gas BBQ are wonderful additions.

If you are attending a wedding or local event and need to hop on a venue bus, you will find that many local bus charter companies offer nearby pick-up and drop-off services.

The layout is as follows: the open-plan living and kitchen area, plus balcony and laundry, is on the entry level. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with toilets) are located upstairs.

Please note that you must climb external stairs to get to the front door entry level.

Nespresso pod coffee machine, dishwasher, full range of crockery, cutlery, serving platters, glassware and cookware. Microwave oven, electric cooktop and conventional oven. Sandwich press, dishwashing and cleaning items.

Designated off-street car parking bay marked number “7” is on the ground level. Car parking entrance is behind Local Dunsborough Cafe on Dunn Bay Road. Additional parking for a second car is in the general parking area as well as on the street. The apartment’s outdoor rubbish bins are also located in this ground floor area.

A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year (Peak periods are up to four or seven nights). Please note that a compulsory cleaning fee and linen pack fee apply. There is also a $500 refundable security bond. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. You are just a short stroll to the town's shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants and even closer to the beach which is just 150 metres away! A fantastic children's playground is also located directly across the street.

Loved the location, loved the region and would stay again if we visit the Margaret River again.
Location was fabulous. House was very clean and comfortable and suited our family of 6 perfectly. BBQ on the deck was an added bonus as we were able to BBQ each night.

Absolutely lovely, shame it’s over.
Great facilities, clean, well maintained, considerate with consumables. Location very convenient but away from the busier side of the resort. Email responses were very prompt, helpful and understanding.

Fabulous Girls' Getaway Weekend
The villa was amazing! I was on a girls' weekend away with my 30 something daughters and we had a superb time. The villa was comfortable, clean, well equipped and very well maintained. We each had a spa bath in our own bathrooms which was superb. Everything was in close walking distance ... cafes restaurants, our massage at Pitchayas Thai Massage, the beach ... as were lots of attractions. The cream on the cake was an offer of a late checkout to 2pm which allowed us to do the Eagle Bay to Bunker Bay trail and still have time to come back and have a nice hot shower before packing up and heading home. Highly recommend. Thank you Natalie and Dunn Bay Village Homes for a wonderful stay.
