Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive furnished apartment has 1 queen size bed in master bedroom with ensuite. Bedroom 2 has 2 king singles which can be zipped together to make a king size bed with 2nd bathroom next door, while bedroom 3 which is located on the ground floor has a king single bed all with high quality bedding in a secure gated resort complex on the beautiful Mandurah canal system with a private 10 metre jetty. Gas heating & Air-Conditioning on the ground floor & in the master bedroom while ceiling fans are to all other bedrooms. 2 under cover car spaces, a heated swimming pool & spa with BBQ & fish/crab cleaning facilities.
The North facing apartment is located within the beautiful Mandurah canal system, where fishing, crabbing, boating, swimming are all available.
The Indian ocean is also very close.
There are 5 golf courses close by & the famous Margaret River wine region is approx. 2.5 to 3 hrs drive away.
The resort is minutes walking to a small shopping complex which includes a 7 day supermarket, take away Chinese food, Bakery, Bar, Liquor Outlet, medical centre, pharmacy, men's and ladies hair salons.
Bus service stop is at the front of the resort
Shuttle buses run from the main street to Mandurah Rail station providing fast efficient trains to Central Perth in approx. 57 minutes.
