The house is air conditioned/heated downstairs and there is ceiling fans in every room to make living temperatures comfortable. There is brick paved verandahs around the house for alfresco entertaining with an outdoor setting and barbeque provided. Large back lawn and outdoor shower for rinsing
Ocean View Retreat is Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely area of jurien bay. It is a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to several parks. At the end of the street, the track takes you to the beautiful bay where there is lovely walking and cycling tracks along the front of the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, large freezer and plenty of utensils and cutlery for all your needs.

Directions
Ocean View Retreat Jurien Bay is 267km (easy 2 to 3 hour drive) North of Perth, Western Australia. The new Indian Ocean Drive is open so makes the drive from Perth much quicker.

Perfect for large groups
A group of us stayed here for a long weekend with kids, there were plenty of room for all of us. There was a heap of sleeping areas, perfect for children. The living area was spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a large amount of grassed area for the kids to run around on and the BBQ got used every night! Close to the beach (can walk down a alleyway at the end of the street) and in the front part of town. We enjoyed our stay at Jurien Bay and will keep it in mind the next time we want a getaway!Great House / Great Owner
The ocean view retreat is not a 5 star resort it is a comfortable beach holiday house! And that is exactly what I got! A nice quiet comfortable relaxing house. The house is huge!!! Even the yard! I had 12 adults in this house and it was the perfect size for all of us! The furniture is not brand new, it is pre-loved but it met all of our comforts and took the stress away from us damaging anything! The owners are absolutely great! I had to ring them twice- once late at night because we arrived late and two because the boys were out fishing and I didn't know how to use the gas! They were more the happy to help me! I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a quiet getaway and isn't expecting 5 star luxury things. We stayed at Ocean View Retreat in April and really enjoyed it. The house is very large with bedrooms and bathroom on both floors. The main queen bedroom is huge and has its own balcony and beautiful bathroom with corner spa. The living areas downstairs are big with plenty of sitting areas and lounges to spread out. There is a great kitchen with all good size appliances, fridge, freezer etc and a dishwasher which we loved. The location is so handy to walk to the beach and parks etc and in a nice quiet street. The big grassed back yard was also good for ball sports and bocce. Plus our dog loved it outside plenty of room to run around. Would def stay again
