A very well appointed apartment with luxury fittings and furniture. Leather lounges, large 52 Plasma TV and surround sound system plus a magnificent chefs kitchen with stone tops. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven. A great honeymoon or couples luxury retreat. Sleeps 6. Bedding consists of 1 Queen and 4 Singles.
Please note: Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.We provide basic amenities which include coffee, tea, sugar, bin bags,etc to make your arrival as carefree as possible until you have time to reach the shops.

The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars and boats. This unit has room for 2 cars end to end The unit may take a boat no bigger than 5 meters this is including trailer with a height restriction of 2 meters approx. Please note if your car, boat or trailer exceeds the boundary of the unit or you are parked on the common driveway or grassed area you will be asked to remove it immediately. Street parking is available on Heaton Street.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
* Note we CANNOT rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties

3 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs penthouse suite in the Seafront Estate, with luxury fittings and furniture. The ensuite has a shower and toilet and the main bathroom has another spa bath, toilet and shower recess. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, wardrobes and ceiling fans. The open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining area has a r/c air con and boasts leather lounges, FREE Wi-Fi plus Smart 65 inch TV, home theatre and DVD library. A magnificent chefs kitchen with stone top benches and cupboards full of cutlery and crockery. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven. A gas BBQ and dining setting are situated on the balcony overlooking the foreshore. Some consumables such as toilet paper & some soaps are provided for your arrival only. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay. Sleeps up to 6 guests in 5 beds. Sorry, No pets allowed. From $375 - $450 per night. Mandatory bed linen, bath towel and booking fees apply and are included in your booking total. Please be advised Photo ID and a valid credit card (Visa or M/C) will be required at key collection. If you are arriving outside of office hours, this needs to be organised prior to your arrival date. Please Note: This is a non-smoking property in all areas. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing preferably by email.
Special conditions apply for cancellations.
More than 60 days Prior to Check In Date: Bookings can be cancelled. No penalties.
60 Days or Less Prior to Check In Date: If you cancel your accommodation and we can secure a
replacement booking for the same period and at the same tariff, your deposit will be refunded less a $100.00
administration fee. If however, the property cannot be relet, your deposit is non-refundable.
Ray White Jurien Bay retain the right to negotiate the tariff or length of stay to obtain a booking on cancelled
booking dates as we deem necessary.
2 Weeks (14 days) Prior to Check In Date: Any cancellations will forfeit any/all deposit paid, unless there
are extenuating circumstances.
If you shorten your stay once checked in, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
No refunds or alterations will be offered for bad weather.
Please note that a change of booking dates may attract the same conditions as for a cancellation as stated
herein.
Bookings made on other platforms (Airbnb, Homeaway, Stayz, Booking etc) should refer to that platform’s
cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
After the declaration in 2020 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and all its’
consequences are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected.
Cancelling a booking because you have Covid or are a close Covid contact will no longer ensure you a
refund of your stay.
Please take note of and understand the Cancellation Policy when making your booking
