We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
As we are a prepaid hotel full payment is taken when the reservation is made. 48 hours minimum notice is required for cancellation and all money will refunded to the card from which payment was taken. failure to do so will result in the first nights accommodation being forfeited.

Beautiful setting
Stayed here a few times now. The Gardens are always colourful regardless of the season. Willow Restaurant has always been one of quality and reasonable price. They always see we have a good room that suits our needs. Great little bar to sit and chat with a drink at the end of the day and before a great dinner. I highly recommend thus place especially if your a mature aged oerson or couple. It’s close to anywhere you want to get to.Recommended
Stayed at ‘Stay Margaret River’ for one night and found the room to be comfortably spacious. The room featured a large and cozy bed and a generous sized sofa. The room was clean and tidy and there was plenty of free onsite parking available.The meal at the restaurant was very enjoyable with plenty of options on the menu for dinner.
This hotel is well worth considering if you’re heading to Margaret River.
What a lovely find
I am delighted with not only my room but everything I have experienced here. The linen is lovely, breakfast delicious and everything is clean and modern. What a find ? I can't recommend this place enough.
