The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable to another property. Consideration may be given to transfer a booking to an alternative date if written notification is received no less than 28 days in advance of the holiday. Transfers are subject to availability and a transfer fee of $50. The guest is liable for payment of the full rental if a booking is cancelled less than 28 days of the holiday.

Directions

Departing our office head up towards the t-junction and turn right into Wallcliffe Road. Continue along turning right at the first roundabout into Railway Terrace and continue on this road which then changes into Hermitage Drive. Continue almost to the end of this road and you can locate no 7 Hermitage on the right hand side.

Nice property on lovely bushland a 5 minute drive from Margaret River town. The house is very homely, and we'll equipped. Great for families and groups.

Nice peaceful spot close to Margaret River town (about 25 mins walk). Clean rooms, well equipped kitchen. Lovely deck area looking out on to the bush Slightly cold through the night.

Beautiful location, set amongst the trees. The house is quite cold and only one bag of firewood is offered, so pack plenty of warm clothes! I did find it expensive for what is offered.
