The house is an original Exmouth Block home, made up of 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, spacious lounge, Dining and well equipped kitchen.
The house is fully air conditioned with near new furniture and comfortable beds. There is a small undercover outdoor area with a BBQ and outdoor setting to sit and discuss your days adventures.
This house is well equipped with plenty of outdoor space to park boats and cars.Central location, within a few minutes walking distance to town center, shops and restaurants. The school oval is at the end of the road, perfect for a kick of the footy!
The property is not fully fenced and pets are not permitted.
All linen and Bath towels provided.
Please note: The property is self contained. Some starter amenities are provided for your convenience but are not meant for the duration of your stay. You are booking a self contained/self provisioning holiday home.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail fax or email.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Located within walking distance to the center of town and all its attractions. Perentie may not be fancy, but we think this is all you will need for your next trip to Exmouth. At this price you can save all your extra holiday funds for the Whaleshark trip, the dinner out with the family and a few extra beers at Whalebone Brewing!
