After fishing, swimming with whale sharks or visiting the Ningaloo Reef you can relax in this impressive holiday villa, lounge on the day beds, enjoy the views from the upstairs loft or relax in the swimming pool within the Osprey Holiday Village. Downstairs: Kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, sink, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and essential cooking utensils. Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 1 with Queen bed. Bedroom 2 with 2 Single beds. Family bathroom with shower and bath* Laundry. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open, loft style room with Queen bed and magnificent views towards the Exmouth Gulf. All bedrooms have built-in robes and are fully air conditioned. Outside: External bathroom includes a shower and toilet that is perfect for washing off the sand from the amazing day out fishing or swimming at the beach. Enjoy Exmouth’s beautiful weather in the spacious undercover alfresco area and use the built-in barbeque and outdoor dining table. If you are into fishing there is ample parking for your car and a boat up to 7m in length, and a 90L freezer to store your catch. *Please note the spa jets are not functional. This is a bath only. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
