Description
Avon Valley Chalets and Caravan Park is located on Fox Road, Northam ( 7km’s from Northam Townsite, towards Perth), in a quiet rural setting. They are fantastic for short term stays of no longer than 2 months at a time.
Avon Valley Chalets and Caravan Park consists of 2 double chalets which have 1 double bedroom and one single and there are also 6 single bedroom room chalets. There are also caravan sites for monthly rental.
The Chalets feature self-contained Kitchens, Ensuite Bathrooms, Reverse Cycle A/C and are Professionally cleaned weekly, with clean Linen supplied.

Accommodation
Single Room $100.00 per night
Double Room $120.00 per night
**Bond 1-7 nights require a $100.00 bond which is payable at the time of the booking. 8 nights onwards require a $350.00 bond which is payable at the time of the booking.
**There is no minimum stay however there is a cancellation fee if cancellation is less than 48 hours before due date of arrival.
Our caravan park rate is $100.00 per week plus power with minimum 1 month stay.
