Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations made 24 Hours or less prior to departure: No refund provided.
Cancellation made greater than 24 Hours prior to departure: Full refund less any fees levied by the booking agent including all credit card fees.
Date changes are permitted at the operator's discretion provided they are made more than 24 Hours prior to departure. (Please contact the tour desk to discuss your options).
In the unlikely event that your cruise is cancelled by the operator due to unsuitable weather conditions you are entitled to a full refund or may simply reschedule for the next suitable date.

Directions
From Albany direction, come into town over the river bridge and turn first left. Follow road along by the river for approx 1km and you will see a sign for the caravan park to the left.

Sunset cruise was great value for money
Did the sunset river and estuary cruise. Went a short way up the Denmark River and then picked up our fish & chips on our return trip.Then cruised out into the estuary.
Very peaceful, scenic trip.
$40 included the cruise, food and a glass of wine.
Can’t get much better value than that.
Beautiful family friendly cruise
We had a great time. The river and the inlet are beautiful and interesting.The crew have great knowledge of the area and are very welcoming. Good for little kids too.
Sunset Fish and Chip Cruise
This Cruise is a must if you're visiting the area. $40 pp, fish and chips included. It takes about 90 minutes (leaving at 5.30 pm) from the Rivermouth Caravan Park. Peaceful drift up the Denmark River (as far as they can go) and back - sometimes you can go out into the Inlet to see the sun go down. This trip doesn't run all year round. Bookings are advisable.
