We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
No refund if cancellation is less than 48hrs prior to departure 10% cancellation fee applies all bookings.
Kalbarri Visitor Centre Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total, capped at
$55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator.

Directions
We'll pick up and drop off from your accommodation (If you are staying in the surrounding areas further afield eg. Wagoe please meet at the KVC carpark) in our courtesy Australian made Oka, we'll let you know the pick up time the day before the tour.

What a fantastic day with these two vibrant people , relaxing , informative & absolutely no pressure to do anything strenuous if you just want to relax by the river, eat & drink. The food was sensational, cooked with lots of natural herbs - thoroughly recommend this tour as a ‘must do’ when in Kalbarri. Please help these young people build their business by supporting them- you won’t be disappointed ?Amazing
This is a must do when visiting Kalbarri. The entire tour is well done, the food is amazing and the tour guides are very friendly and full of local knowledge. Took my 83 year old father he loved it.Riverside feast
This tour is bonkers. Heaps of interesting stories, beautiful secluded area on the river, cold beers and a delicious feast prepared in the camp kitchen. Would highly recommend.
