Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Deposit of at least 2 nights is required to secure the booking. The deposit is 100% refundable if cancellation occurs more than 4 weeks before arrival date and 50% refundable with a cancellation between 2 and 4 weeks before arrival date. There is no refund if cancellation is made within 2 weeks of arrival date. At the time of booking the Tenancy Agreement House operating notes and Map are forwarded to the tenant. Full payment of the bond of $500 must be paid and received prior to arrival. On receipt of the full payment and return of the signed Tenancy Agreement the key box code will be forwarded to the tenant. The bond will be returned as provided for within the Tenancy Agreement once the house has been inspected after departure which usually occurs within 1 week of departure. Email communications are preferred for record keeping purposes.
