Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

If a booking is cancelled after payment has been made the refund (if any) will depend on the unit being re-booked for those dates by someone else. If the unit is re-booked the cancellation fee for the operator is $100 (and the $22 fee for the booking centre). If the unit is not re-booked there will be no refund of any money paid (deposit or full amount). MIN. 3 nights - Two nights considered with an extra $50 charge on top of the total price.
