Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

24 hours cancellation prior to arrival or 1 night fee charged.
In addition there will be a $65 Albany visitors Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Brilliant and good service

Excellent! Friendly staff, great service, good food, great room service. Some places won't make your bed if you have personal items on it, these guys simply moved my stuff, made the bed the put my stuff back on it! Brilliant.
