It is situated 300 metres from the chalets so as not to interrupt your privacy and peace, but close enough to stroll to a conference or function dinner. It is also ideal for groups who want to 'camp' under a solid roof with good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Ideal for bike riders, the Loose Goose has the Timberline Trail at the back door, which links in with the Munda Biddi Trail. There are facilities to wash down bikes, and verandah space to keep them safe and dry. Bring your horse for a holiday and ride the nearby trails. We have a round yard set up , and a circular drive so no having to back the float! As wildlife carers, we often have rescue joeys in care, and others in the paddocks. view more info

We have a range of friendly pets to chat to and feed. Ask about bringing your dog or horse for a holiday too. As wildlife carers, we often have orphaned joeys for you to meet. We have state forest on 3 sides with amazing wildflowers in Spring. The air is so fresh you can really breathe, the skies so clear you can see a myriad of stars at night. Peace and quiet, or a base for activities like mountain bike riding, canoeing, exploring the Blackwood River Valley or Margaret River area We are in the heart of the SW, so easy day trips to explore the environment, tall trees, wineries, foodie treats.

Chalets 2 sleep 8 each: 1 room has a queen bed, room 2 has 2 double bunks that sleep 4; and there is a great loft that sleeps 2 more. DVD/VCR. In addition, cots and highchairs are available. Iron and ironing board available. Each chalet is surrounded by pristine bush, private and separate from the others. Chalet 2 has a horse round yard for over night stays when available. There is a direct path to the State Forest. Horses are $15/night - pony club rules apply and we MUST know that you want to bring your horse.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
$100 deposit required within 1 week of booking to confirm place. Refund available for cancellations if notified 14 days before booked date minus $50 administration fee. Otherwise one nights accommodation fee will apply if we are unable to rebook. Christmas New Year & Easter Cancellation Policy - Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival date. MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS at CHRISTMAS & Easter 2 nights at New Year

Kids Paradise
We stayed here for the first time in November 2017 and we absolutely loved it. We are moving to the area and will certainly recommend this as an accommodation option for our friends and family. It is especially great for young kids as there are lots of animals on the property and every morning the kids can help to feed the animals. There are also basic swing and climbing sets outside the chalets which are an added bonus.Fabulous hosts here at Loose Goose, and it is very close to town, but you would never guess it as it feels like you are deep within an ancient forest!
