The property is a few minutes’ drive from Dunsborough town centre and is surrounded by some of the most popular wineries and breweries in the area. Wise winery, Eagle Bay Brewing and Meelup Farm House are all just around the corner. This upside-down house is set up to maximise the property’s views with the open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the second floor. This leads out to a stunning deck with a huge outdoor dining and lounge. Also on this floor is a generous queen size bedroom. Downstairs there is a huge king size suite, complete with ducted heating from the woodfire upstairs. You can enjoy a spa style bubble bath after a full day of sightseeing in the downstairs bathroom.
