REFUND POLICY
Water Wanderers Kayak Tours operate all year round. We don' t kayak in very strong winds or dangerous conditions but a little rain doesn't stop water wandering. The spray skirts we provide you with are there to keep you warm and relatively dry.
Alternative dates are available if tours are cancelled due to weather conditions. If you purchased your tour directly through Water Wanderers and there is no suitable alternative date available for a cancelled tour we are more than happy to arrange a refund for you.
Any cancellations by participants 12 hours or less before the tour starts will inhibit any eligibility for a refund.
