This two-storey property has a very relaxed and beachy style. Just two doors down from the beach, you can spend idyllic summer holidays here as well as cosy winter getaways by the wood fire.

We love the HUGE secure backyard and its ample lawn that's perfect for playing ball games with the kids. This rear yard is fully fenced and is ideal for bringing along your dog, surfboards, fishing gear, bikes and all sorts of fun holiday equipment!

All bedrooms and living areas, as well as one bathroom, are located upstairs. There is a downstairs bathroom and laundry at the entrance to the home.

This home is located approximately 4km from the heart of Dunsborough for coffee, meals and boutique shopping.

+ Note: Building work has commenced on a new house diagonally across the street and this may impact on the peace and quiet in the neighbourhood and this is out of our control. Take this into consideration when making your booking.
+ Note: One bag of wood for the fire is supplied in WINTER only. Wood and kindling can be purchased from the local service stations or hardware store.

Take the long coastal walking path into Dunsborough town centre for coffee or meals.
Visit nearby wineries, gourmet food producers and art galleries.
So much to see and do at this northern end of the Margaret River Wine Region!

PRICING: A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year.
Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen fee applies to each booking. There is also a $500 refundable security bond and a $66 booking fee. Pet bookings must have prior approval. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than 10 people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. Beautiful holiday home
We really enjoyed our stay here, great location. Everything was easy to find in the house, comfy beds and great kitchen to cook up a family meal. Would highly recommend coming here for a little pet friendly family holiday. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy another beautiful holiday. Cheers

Simple little get away, perfect
Lovely beach house, close to glorious beach and cycle pathway. We did have a bit of trouble getting the fire going, I imagine the flu may need clearing. Otherwise, really enjoyable, we definitely book again. Thank you :)
