Ocean Pines has been a favourite holiday home with families for years! This single-level property is superbly equipped, surprisingly spacious, and its location in the heart of popular Quindalup is hard to beat.

This is a stress-free home that's just perfect for summer and winter getaways. Located near the end of a quiet and leafy cul de sac, the beach is just 140 metres away! A fantastic holiday house if you can see yourself walking out the door with your favourite people, a beach towel draped over your shoulder and a big smile on your face.

The layout of the home is ideal. The master king bedroom sits at the front of the home, separate from the other bedrooms. The remaining three bedrooms and a laundry run along the opposite side of the house.

The kitchen is central to the home and also central to the two separate living and dining areas. These living areas open out to the spacious outdoor entertaining and BBQ area, which includes multiple undercover seating options and views of the pretty garden. A fabulous place to come together for a meal and drinks after a long day at the beach!

Note that the children's bunk bedroom is located directly opposite the main lounge area. This is a great place for little children as the bedroom can double as a playroom - and with the bifold doors open, adults can keep watch on the little ones while enjoying a glass of wine in front of the wood fire.

A handy outdoor shower is great for after the beach!
There is plenty of room to park your boat, jet skis and store your beach toys and bikes (off-street parking and easy access through to the secure backyard).

We loved our stay at Ocean Pines, it is so close to the beach and bike path, the kids had a ball spending hours at the beach. The house was a great size with lots of bedrooms and different living areas so that we could enjoy some “family separation” if we wanted to. The kitchen was well equipped (including dishwasher, coffee machine and toasted sandwich maker which are our priorities for holiday houses). We loved the outdoor BBQ alfresco area. I would highly recommend this holiday house, we will be back!"

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. Postage for lost property fee: $25 BBq left dirty fee: $66 Excess rubbish removal fee: $66 Has a Fire Pit. A porta cot can be arranged for your stay. Awesome location & so clean
Ocean Pines was amazing. Large house, beautifully appointed with all the amenities for a perfect family stay. The house & gardens was spotlessly clean. The street is gorgeous & a tiny walk from the most perfect beach. We will be back for sure. Thank you

Stayed with kids
Great house to stay in the area. Within walking distance to the beach and an outdoor shower to use. Very spacious and plenty of room for the kids. Has all your ammenities to use in the kitchen. Just know that the house uses solar for hot water so when it is raining and cloudy all day like it was for us, you have to use a booster from gas I think to get warm water.

Position, close to all amenities.
The view, fantastic, overlooking the river and park. The layout of unit, see the pines.whilst still in bed. The outlook from lounge,, balcony, roof top area priceless. Probably the best accommodation that we have had.
