Beach lovers will be walking distance to one of Dunsborough's most popular beaches, bike riders will enjoy being close to the Meelup mountain bike trails, and wine and food lovers are just a short drive away from a range of exceptional wineries and gourmet food producers.

One dog is welcome as part of the price however you must let us know before arrival as pet-stay terms apply.

Set back in from the road, the house is nestled on a spacious bushland block amongst native grasstrees, tall gums and peppermint trees, giving the whole place a really lovely ambience. It also has lawn out the back (in an enclosed yard), with lots of space for storing your bikes, surfboards and other adventure toys.

Inside, the tastefully decorated home has a great kitchen and modern bathrooms, guest wi-fi, as well as lush carpets and super comfy bedding. You are in for a real treat!

Couples with also enjoy the master bedroom's ensuite bathroom and large walk-in robe. The second shared bathroom features a must-have bath for a nice relaxing soak.

Nespresso pod coffee machine, dishwasher, full range of crockery, cutlery, serving platters, glassware and cookware. Microwave oven, electric cooktop and electric oven. Dishwashing and cleaning items provided.

TV, DVD and wood fire (wood can be purchased from the local service station). Board games and puzzles. Guest wi-fi. Ceiling fan. Air-conditioning.

A three-night minimum stay requirement applies for most of the year (peak periods are up to seven nights). Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning and linen pack fee applies to each booking. There is also a $600 refundable security bond. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% surcharge. Direct bank transfers welcome.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than four cars are allowed at this property. No more than six people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. Great stay. Close to Dunsborough and beach. Dwelling was very clean and everything worked fine. Loved the log fire and the quiet surround with abundance of bird life. Thanks for the prompt communication.

“Little Gem” describes this place beautifully. It was everything it said it was going to be. Never stayed in this part of Dunsborough before and there was so many places within easy walking distance. The dog and I went everywhere. The old jetty was a peaceful place which I enjoyed late in the afternoon. House was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Great walk into town to all amenities. Quick easy exit to Eagle Bay and Bunker Day for beach walks. Highly recommend.

Wonderful garden, beautiful area to relax. The surrounding area very safe and attractive, good parking, the house reasonably well-equipped. A coffee machine or even a plunger would be an improvement.
