Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
KALBARRI WILDERNESS CRUISES – CANCELLATION POLICY
Cruises require minimum numbers; we’ll contact you if not met.
Subject to weather, unforeseen events, or low numbers; full refund or transfer offered.
No shows or cancellations within 24 hours forfeit payment.
Incorrect online bookings handled at operator discretion.
All cancellations incur a 10% fee.
Children 2–15 years. Aged Australian Pension Concession discount applies.
Departure Point: Gather on the grass in front of Marine Rescue (keep clear of boat ramp). Boarding via beach ramp.
KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator. Please review our full terms and conditions here: www.kalbarri.org.au/terms
