* Notice period more than 12 weeks:
- if you cancel: $50 cancellation fee
- if you want to change dates: $50 amendment fee
- if cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions: $50 admin fee.
* Notice period between 42 & 84 days inclusive:
- if you cancel: loss of deposit
- if you want to change dates: $50 amendment fee
- if cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions: loss of deposit.
* Notice period between 30 & 41 days inclusive:
- if you cancel: loss of deposit
- if you want to change dates: $50 amendment fee
- if cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions: loss of deposit.
* Notice period between 24 & 29 days inclusive:
- if you cancel: 25% of full tour cost
- if you want to change dates: 25% of full tour cost
- if cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions: full future travel credit or 75% refund.
* Notice period between 15 & 23 days inclusive:
- if you cancel: 50% of full tour cost
- if you want to change dates: 50% of full tour cost
- if cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions: full future travel credit or 50% refund.
* Notice period between 14 days or less:
- if you cancel: 100% of full tour cost no refund
- if you want to change dates: 50% of full tour cost
- if cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions: full future travel credit.
