Grasstree Views is a fantastic holiday home offering stunning 180-degree views of native grasstrees, farmland, tall trees, and hills. This comfortable and well-equipped home is perfect for couples and small families. Enjoy watching kangaroos and rabbits graze on the lawn below or relax on the long verandah that runs the length of the home, featuring two separate outdoor seating areas.

Less than a 15-minute drive south of Dunsborough and Yallingup, Grasstree Views is conveniently located close to Studio Bistro art gallery and restaurant, as well as many wineries and wedding venues in the Margaret River and Yallingup regions. The closest beaches are Smiths Beach and Yallingup Beach, both highly recommended for swimming and surfing. Nearby attractions include Ngilgi Cave and the towns of Yallingup, Dunsborough, and Margaret River.

Includes everything needed for a self-catering stay, as well as a Nespresso pod coffee machine.

Wood fire for winter, reverse-cycle air-conditioning.

BEDROOMS
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe and glass doors that open onto the verandah.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 3: Double bed and a single bed. Built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

BATHROOM
Bath, shower, vanity, separate toilet near laundry.

LAUNDRY
Washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying racks.

Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $89 applies to each booking. There is also a $800 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).
