Grasstree Views is a fantastic holiday home offering stunning 180-degree views of native grasstrees, farmland, tall trees, and hills. This comfortable and well-equipped home is perfect for couples and small families. Enjoy watching kangaroos and rabbits graze on the lawn below or relax on the long verandah that runs the length of the home, featuring two separate outdoor seating areas.
Less than a 15-minute drive south of Dunsborough and Yallingup, Grasstree Views is conveniently located close to Studio Bistro art gallery and restaurant, as well as many wineries and wedding venues in the Margaret River and Yallingup regions. The closest beaches are Smiths Beach and Yallingup Beach, both highly recommended for swimming and surfing. Nearby attractions include Ngilgi Cave and the towns of Yallingup, Dunsborough, and Margaret River.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. Stayed 3 nights for a wedding weekend away... Was a pleasure dealing with Vicki! Our 3 night stay at this property was great. Situated on a valley overlooking trees, it felt peaceful and secluded yet location was also close enough to get to many wineries and restaurants and Dunsbrough less than a 10 min drive away. The house was very clean, well kept and had all the amenities you could need. We have recommended it to others.
