Terms & conditions if your plans change
Deposits are refunded up to 1 week prior to commencement. Less than 1 week, deposits are refundable only on the condition a substitute booking can be made.
At our discretion, a letter of credit can be arranged in lieu of a cancellation fee.
Final payment is requested one week before the date of your arrival.

144 Brockman St, Pemberton WA 6260 Australia
Continue on Brockman Street, past Widdeson Street. Brockman Street becomes a smaller sealed road. This takes you right into Eucalyptus House. Follow the signs. Do not turn off, go to the very end.
From Northcliffe or Margaret River/Augusta drive through town past the shops until you reach the Pemberton BP Garage. Turn right onto Brockman Street (you can see the road through the garage driveway). Continue on Brockman Street, past Widdeson Street. Brockman Street becomes a smaller sealed road. This takes you right into Eucalyptus House. Follow the signs. Do not turn off, go to the very end.
