This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than nine people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $115 applies to each booking. There is also a $1000 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

The main living areas are on the top level and face out to the ocean. You will love the covered deck and its outdoor dining area, complete with wood-fired pizza oven and nearby sun lounge. The layout of the home is great for up to two families. The upstairs level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge room plus a master king bedroom and twin singles room at the other end of the hallway. These two upstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom (also accessed off the master bedroom). Downstairs features two more bedrooms, laundry and a second bathroom and toilet. We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. Beautiful View

The location and the house was great. Beautiful view of the ocean and we watched the whales migrating - lovely! House was very well set up, kitchen very useable and the decor and furniture was lovely and felt trendy and peaceful. Round table on deck was fun.
