Birdsong Sanctuary is a generously sized, single-level holiday home designed for large families, group getaways and special occasions, set just minutes from the pristine beaches of Yallingup. Surrounded by nature and birdsong, this welcoming retreat offers space, comfort and flexibility, making it an ideal base for exploring nearby coastal highlights including Meelup Regional Park, Ngilgi Cave, Dunsborough and Margaret River’s renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries.
At the heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that connects seamlessly to two covered outdoor entertaining spaces, allowing guests to follow the sunshine from morning coffee to evening drinks. A slow-combustion wood fire creates a warm and cosy atmosphere in winter, while air-conditioning ensures comfort in warmer months. Families will love the dedicated children’s playroom filled with toys, the expansive media room with Epson projector for movie nights, and the multiple indoor and outdoor zones that allow everyone to relax together or spread out. With five bedrooms, pet-friendly approval and ample space for up to ten guests, Birdsong Sanctuary is perfectly suited to memorable family holidays and group stays.

- No more than 3 cars permitted
- No more than 10 people allowed on the premises after 10pm
- Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct displayed in the home
- A dog is permitted but must not be left unattended at any time
- No free-to-air TV reception (personal devices required for projector use)

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
Postage for lost property fee: $25
BBq left dirty fee: $66
Excess rubbish removal fee: $66
