Carpe Diem is a spacious and beautiful holiday home that's close to Yallingup's famous beach and stunning coastline.
Located in the small Caves Ridge Estate holiday precinct, Carpe Diem makes quite a contemporary statement as it borders the stunning gardens and grounds of historic Caves House Hotel.

- Enjoy the property's six-person heated outdoor spa.
- Walk through to the lush gardens of nearby Caves House Hotel and down to the beach at Yallingup (10 minutes).
- Visit nearby Ngilgi Cave.
- Watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean.
- Go taste testing at nearby wineries and gourmet food outlets.
- Swim, snorkel or surf at Yallingup Beach or nearby Smiths Beach.
- Wander through the local township of Dunsborough (5 min drive) or spend the day in Margaret River or Busselton (30 mins away).

Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $123 applies to each booking. There is a $50 pet fee for 1 small dog less than 10kg. There is also a $1000 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
Postage for lost property fee: $25
BBq left dirty fee: $66
Excess rubbish removal fee: $66
