CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations less than 14 days before scheduled arrival will incur a 1 night charge per booking. Early departures are not eligible for refunds.

Directions
The Shire of East Pilbara is the largest Shire in the Australia covering approximately 372,571 square kilometers; larger than the state of Victoria. Driving will take 2 days to cross from east to west and 6 hours from north to south.
It's main town sites are Newman, Marble Bar and Nullagine, with a number of Aboriginal Communities namely Jigalong, Punmu and Parngurr, Irrungadji and Parnpajinya.
With the facility located on Nyiyaparli Country, Yurlu is an appropriate name and the Shire would like to thank and acknowledge Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation for their assistance with this process. Newman is an ideal place for visitors to use as their base and then take their time to explore the wider areas.

Yurlu Caravan Park Stay
Lovely experience staying here for one night. Such a new facility and everything is so clean and new. Bays are large and provide sufficient privacy from other campers. Very hot showers, beautiful and very clean camp kitchen and large and well presented laundry. Overall great value for money.Excellent
Amenities are excellent and the park is well looked after but there is no shade - access is via security code and everything is close by and convenient. Suited us to stop overnight on the way out of Karajini.Nice park
Nice park just put of town with plenty of room. All sites were drive through sites so plenty of room for van and car. The site I believe was a former mining camp which has now been converted to a caravan park. It is all on hard surface covered in blue metal. This was ok but would have like a bit of grass. Ablution block and laundry were excellent, no complaints there.
