Overview
The retreat is nestled in a very unique100 acre Conservation Sanctuary in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region of Western Australia.
Meet our very friendly wildlife on your doorstep & over 50 species of native birds delight the eye and ear in the woods around the retreat. Now imagine your private large hot tubs outside each of the five units. Steam rises gently from the spa, mingling with the morning dew and aroma of Jarrah, Sheoak and Peppermint trees. The moisture sparkles in the early morning light of a new sunrise as birds, Bandicoots, Possums, Kangaroos and the Critically Endangered Woylie's (a miniature Kangaroo 10" high) gather on the front patio or veranda to sample tasty treats by visitors.
You can choose from Studios or Lodges - featuring mud-brick, timber and stone, some have log fires, four poster beds, heated bathroom flooring, all have reverse-cycle air-conditioning and private large spas under the stars.
There are two styles to choose from. A Studio with a 4 poster bed, leadlight windows, heated bathroom flooring, veranda & private spa or hand made earth brick Lodges offering you 2 x queen bedrooms, patio area with a sail shade. Option of a wood fire, seating in the lounge for up to 6 & dining table as well. As a double sofa bed is available in the lounge area if required..
Attention to detail shows here with herbs and spices in the kitchen, soft slippers. Plus a range of DVD's & music. Enjoy an option of freshly baked Biodynamic bread. Included in rate is, free range eggs, butter, small milk & local paper, maps & guides on arrival.

Yelverton Brook Terms & Conditions
Contract:
1-The Contract for a short-term holiday rental will be between the owners of Yelverton Brook (referred to as “us” or “we”) and the person making the booking and all members of the holiday party (referred to as “you”, “your”, “guests”) under the following booking conditions. The Contract will be subject to these booking conditions and must be complied with. The person whose name is on the booking form (referred to as the “Responsible Person”) agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that all the following Terms and Conditions are adhered to by all members of the party. The names, addresses and ages of all members of the party must be shared with the owners on request.
2-Sub-Letting: The Hirer may not sub-let the hired premises or any part thereof.
3-Accuracy of details: The brochure and website are as accurate as possible but cannot be warranted, nor do the descriptions form any contract. Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of property descriptions and images, the facilities and services may alter. We reserve the right to alter or improve any of the subjects without notice.
4-Payment: For bookings made directly with Us, a non-refundable 25% deposit will be payable at the point of making the booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before the arrival date. The owners retain the right to treat the booking as cancelled if the outstanding balance due is not received by that time.
5-Arrival – You will receive an email form us 1 week prior to arrival with relevant information to help plan your stay with us together with all your check-in information.
6-Departure On the day of departure, we respectfully ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00am. Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on departure. This includes washing dishes and leave in dishrack provided to air dry. Returning all items to their original position, all good/fresh food items left in the fri
