Yallingup Sunsets is a timeless elevated beach shack set above Yallingup Beach, combining classic coastal charm with sweeping ocean and treetop views. Designed across two levels, the home offers multiple living zones for families and groups to gather, relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Upstairs, soaring timber ceilings and exposed beams frame the open-plan living area. Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace, creating a cosy space for cooler evenings, while ceiling fans and natural airflow help keep the home comfortable during warmer months. The well-equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, generous bench space, timber island with bar seating and a dedicated coffee station.

Downstairs, a second living room provides a relaxed TV lounge, while an additional quiet living nook opens to the private garden. Beneath the house, a shaded recreation area with a ping pong table provides extra entertainment for groups.
