INTERIOR
Yallingup Lagoon Beach House is a stylish coastal retreat set amongst the dunes, just 300 metres from Yallingup Beach and the sheltered lagoon. Designed for relaxed beachside living, the home offers light-filled interiors, multiple living areas and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces for families and groups.
The main living area features plush seating, a Smart TV and an indoor log fire, creating a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and connects easily to the dining area and outdoor patio.
On the ground floor, the bunk room doubles as a second lounge with air conditioning, a TV, kitchenette and direct outdoor access, making it ideal as a kids’ retreat. Upstairs, three queen bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, including a primary suite with private balcony, walk-in wardrobe, dedicated workspace and ensuite.

Nestled amongst the Yallingup dunes, the home offers an easy coastal stay close to swimming, surfing, snorkelling and walking trails. Guests can enjoy morning coffee on the deck, relaxed BBQ meals, evenings around the outdoor fire pit or a short stroll to the lagoon and beach.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
