Yallingup House is a modern rustic retreat set among the gums, offering a peaceful South West escape with contemporary design, warm interiors and relaxed country charm. The light-filled, open-plan living area features plush seating, a wall-mounted TV and a double-sided fireplace, creating a cosy central space for guests to unwind after a day exploring Yallingup.

The galley-style kitchen is well equipped for holiday dining, with premium appliances, a walk-in pantry, generous island bench, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, cookware, dishes and utensils. Guests can enjoy meals around the indoor dining table beside the fireplace, or step outside to the covered alfresco area for relaxed outdoor dining.

BEDROOMS
Yallingup House sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms.

- Bedroom 1: Primary suite with king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and direct patio access.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with leafy outlook.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed with leafy outlook.
- Bedroom 4: Two king single beds, private TV, lounge area and access to the second patio.

BATHROOMS
The property includes 2 bathrooms.

- Private ensuite with twin basins and walk-in shower.
- Main bathroom shared by the remaining bedrooms.
- Bath towels and bed linen are provided.
- Guests are asked to bring their own pool or beach towels.

Yallingup Beach is just a short drive away, ideal for swimming, surfing or a coastal walk. Guests are also close to Caves House Hotel, Ngilgi Cave, Cape to Cape Track, Dunsborough, Meelup Regional Park and a range of local wineries, restaurants and cafes.

- School leavers bookings are not accepted.
- Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00pm. Outdoor music is not permitted.
