The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a dishwasher, generous breakfast bar, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining area overlooks the surrounding native gardens.

This is a self-catering property. A starter pack including toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge, and bin bags is supplied.
School Leavers bookings are not accepted at any time of the year.
This property is located in a quiet residential area. Guests are asked to respect neighbouring properties and minimise noise, particularly after 10:00 pm.
Council regulations permit the home to be used for accommodation purposes only. Parties, functions, weddings, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints may result in forfeiture of your bond and/or immediate eviction.
