A cancellation fee applies to all bookings:
- 31 days prior to arrival date - $100.
- 30-14 days prior to arrival date - full refund less 50% of total tariff.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival date - no refund applicable.
Note: No refunds are given for early departures and cancellations must be in writing.
