Tucked away on Queen Street, just off the beaten High Street track, East End Eco is the place to go for environmentally-conscious gifts, sustainable products and wholesome groceries. Everything in-store is entirely cruelty-free (guaranteed free of animal products and not tested on animals), so the place is a haven for vegetarians and vegans, as well as people with lactose intolerance or those searching for dairy-free and egg-free products.
More than just an ethical grocery store, you'll also find a range of fantastic eco-friendly gifts, including recycled sunglasses, bamboo-fibre clothing, Onya reusable shopping bags, stainless steel drink bottles and plenty of solar-powered radios and other gadgets. Unique to East End Eco is the Dingo Flour T-shirt, hand-printed on bamboo, which is quickly becoming a hit with Freo locals and visitors alike!
