Overview
C Mandurah Apartment Resort includes hotel style studio rooms and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self-contained apartments in the heart of Mandurah across the road from the Western Foreshore (Old Halls Head) and a short walk across the bridge into the vibrant City of Mandurah. Servicing is available on request. Accommodation is very clean, comfortable and central offering guests a relaxed and secure (gated complex) Mandurah accommodation experience perfect for short or longer stays up to 90 days.
Situated along the Port Mandurah canals. Some apartments have water views or are situated on the waterfront. A free boat pen is available (by appointment) as well as lush tropical gardens, pool, heated spa, gymnasium and alfresco BBQ/dining area. Free parking and wifi.
Just a short walk across the bridge you’ll find the vibrant Mandurah City full of fantastic venues (mostly waterfront) including cafes, restaurants, pubs, retail shops, day spas, tourism operators, Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, Reading Cinema and so much more.
Next door is a shopping village including an IGA supermarket and takeaway foods, pub, chemist, Dr surgery, beauty service and liquor store.
Across the road is the beautiful Western Foreshore including a huge new nature playground, bbq’s, shady foreshore and swimming/paddling areas and a competition level skate park. You’ll also find a few great spots for fishing along the waterways and of course from the onsite jetty’s.

Minimum nights apply. Pricing is dynamic and valid only at the time of booking. $200 bond pre-authorisation is required. Check in's outside of open times must be pre arranged with our staff during reception open times at least a day ahead.

Cancellation Policy

Invalid credit cards = immediate cancellation.
PHOTO ID/ VERIFICATION
At least one form of photo ID will be required at check in.
BOND $200 preauthorisation per apartment at check in (credit or debit card only). Held funds will be released by your financial institution up to 10 days post stay. Please do not request to pay by cash or to have monies refunded when you check out. Keys will not be handed over without a bond being paid.
CANCELLATION TERMS
1 – 6 Days – Off Peak. 48 hours’ notice unless other policy signed off with a third-party portal reservation. Directly booked cancellations up to 48 hours and No Shows will be charged one night stay. No Show = reservation cancellation.
1 – 6 Days – Peak/ Holiday Season (School Holidays, Long Weekends, Public Holidays). 50% non-refundable deposit due 30 days prior, balance due 14 days prior. Credits/ Refunds will need to be requested in writing and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
