COWARAMUP DISTILLERY EXPERIENCE
The West Winds spirits are unashamedly different and uniquely Australian. Inspired by seafarers and distilled by craftsmen. We’re continually in search of new horizons that celebrate our energy and passion for distilling, and our connection to land, sea and the unique plants, fruits and flora of this incredible continent that are the basis of our award-winning spirits.
During your time with us you’ll discover what goes into making our premium spirits collection and learn what we think makes a truly great spirit, from the unique Australian native botanicals we use to the way we balance the flavours of our spirits and how to best serve them.

Set in the heart of Cowaramup, 12kms north of Margaret River, the West Winds Tavern is the place to go for great food, tasty cocktails and a carefully selected range of local Western Australian beer and wine.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thewestwindsgin.com.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thewestwindsgin.com and send your item to: PO Box 321, Nedlands, WA, Australia
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 321, Nedlands, WA, Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Best Gin EVER
We visited the West Winds Distillery down south and met the owner who gave us the full treatment with the tasting and back story which was fantastic in itself, then when we tried the Gin the day got even better!Really loved the limited edition Kings Park variety and have gone through 2 bottles since August so going to order 2 more now
New Site is Awesome
Mark was our host recently for our introduction to the wonderful range. Fantastic knowledge and such passion. We were amazed at the selection and are so excited to come back when the tavern is open. Can't wait to try Mark's creative cocktails!!Super impressed!
