We have a variety of accommodation on offer to suit all family and traveller types and budget as follows:

THE COTTAGE
The Cottage is the perfect holiday destination for families, couples, corporates and travellers seeking stylish and convenient short stay accommodation. It contains 3 bedrooms including 2 queen sized beds in the first 2 rooms and 2 single beds in the 3rd room. Please note The Cottage is not pet friendly.
Price: $250 for a maximum of 6 guests.

THE BUNGALOW
The Bungalow consists of 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests. Thoughtfully styled using a natural Australian aesthetic, The Bungalow accommodation will impress families and professionals visiting Wave Rock! Please note The Bungalow is not pet friendly.
Price: $250 for a maximum of 6 guests.

THE SILOS
With 16 en-suite rooms, 1 with disability access and access to wifi in communal areas, The Silos are the perfect accommodation for those seeking clean and comfortable accommodation whilst conscious of their budget. The Silos also gives access to the communal kitchen, laundry, recreation room and dining area. Please note our Studio Rooms are not pet friendly.
Price: $90-$100 for a maximum of 1-2 guests.

THE CAMP
The Camp, Located 1.5km from the Hyden Townsite, is nestled in 16ha of bush land is adjacent to The Silos accommodation. Offering 16 large unpowered nature-based camping sites with access to potable water and disability accessible toilet. If you like camping under the woodlands, clear sky and being surrounded by nature then, The Camp is your destination! All sites are generous in their size, no one likes to hear their neighbours snoring! All sites are unpowered and we provide flushable toilets only! Camping, the Australian way!
We welcome your furry friends but do ask that they are kept on a lead during your stay as we neighbour a working sheep farm.
Price: $25 for a maximum of 6 guests.

Suiting any family, The Bungalow is ready-to-go with all the facilities all travellers would require. Conveniently located on the same street as The Cottage, Smith Loop, The Bungalow is perfect for family groups travelling together! Only minutes to Wave Rock and located within the Hyden townsite, you have access to all that Hyden has to offer including the amenities needed to make your visit to Hyden a memorable and relaxing experience. **Sorry we are not a pet-friendly accommodation.

The Camp

The Silos consists of 8 queen, 5 king single (one with disability access) and 2 twin bunk studio en-suite rooms. This studio room has 1 King bed, 1 bathroom and allows up to 1 person. Facilities: - Non-smoking - Internet Access - Cable/Statellite TV - Linen and Towers provided - Air conditioned - Television - Toaster - Team/Coffee Maker - Wireless Internet - Desk - Telephone The shed, which was previously the boiler room, has also been turned into a recreational room, equipped with a television, lounge, table tennis table and another dining table in there to keep guests entertained.

The Silos - King Single Bunk Room

The Silos consists of 8 queen, 5 king single (one with disability access) and 2 twin bunk studio en-suite rooms. This studio room has 1 King bed and 1 Bunk Bed. It also has 1 bathroom and allows up to 2 people. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing and the policy does not apply after the booking has commenced.

14 days+ notice: Refund of monies paid less cancellation administration fee of $30

Within 14 days from arrival date: If the cottage is able to be rented out you are eligible for a refund. If the booking tariff is less than your original booking you will be liable for the difference. (i.e. your booking was $200 and the replacement booking is $140 you will be liable for the shortfall of $60 plus $30 administration fee as mentioned above) All other refund requests are at the discretion of the property manager.

Cancellation fee ($30):
This may be redeemed when booking your next holiday with us (provided the rebooking is within 12 months of the cancellation date). When the cancellation refund is received a letter will also be attached. This letter will act as a voucher for the $30 cancellation fee. This original voucher must be presented on arrival for this to be honoured.

Refund conditions: Providing the necessary notice has been given and you are able to receive a refund the remaining deposit will be refunded by the same method in which they were originally paid.

ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AT THE END OF EVERY MONTH.

Great Clean Room

Great clean room with ensuite. Close to rock and town. Very well equipped kitchen and games room. We had a great time exploring the area. Recommended

Clean and Comfy

Very clean, super comfy bed, spacious and was perfect for our stop over needs. Super easy booking and easy late night arrival and location was very well communicated. ?

Great cosy place

Great cosy place to stay while visiting wave rock. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and beds are comfortable. The living room is decorated nicely and great for families and friends to hang out in. Will recommend to friends for sure :)
