Cancellation Policy

Persons wishing to book accommodation must be 18 years or older.
Prices and conditions are current at the time of publication on our website but are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.
A cash bond of $500 or bond held on a credit card will be required by the RVC at the time of check-in.
You will be asked to provide photo identification to the RVC or service provider at the time of check in. Passports or drivers’ licence are acceptable.
In the event of cancellation to a confirmed booking made by the RVC you may receive a partial refund. An administration fee of $25.00 will apply.
