Built in late 2000, these beautifully appointed villas offer the ideal combination of tranquillity and close proximity to town and the water.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required to secure your booking. For high season 2 nights deposit is required. Please note deposits are not refundable or transferable unless at least 14 days notice of the cancellation or variation is received. If more than 14 days notice of intended cancellation is given, the initial deposit will be refunded less 10% handling fee. High season bookings require a 30 day notice for cancellation.
Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy.
Please check your dates carefully. Cancellations must be made in writing, email or facsimile.

Host, Rod, was excellent in communication before arrival and a really helpful and friendly guy who made us feel so welcome. We are from U.K. With children in Perth and will definitely be staying here again on next visit.Lovely place
We arrived on sat 30th Dec and have been enjoying a very relaxing week. The Villa we have is very comfortable and clean. Really like the closeness of being able to walk only next door for Dinner. Would not have any hesitation in recommending Bayside Villas to anyone.Booked for one night but stayed for 2
Thankfully the lady at the information center recommended these villas and booked us in as we probably wouldn't have found this property ourselves. We were impressed with the unit - it was clean, spacious, close to the hotel for dinner and the marina for our cruise the next day. We booked for a second night as we found that Walpole was a little gem with quite a few interesting places to see.
