Villa 3 Frangipani in Cable Beach Zone - Broome, Western Australia, is within walking distance to the pristine white sands of Cable Beach and an array of restaurants and cafes. It's only a 10 minute drive into Broome town centre or Broome International Airport, making it the ideal accommodation for your holiday or business trip.
Architecturally designed in contemporary style, Villas allows families and couples alike to enjoy the peace, tranquillity and privacy. This single level property offers a 2 Apartment, all set amongst well established fully landscaped gardens giving you a feeling of serenity and privacy. All accommodation offers spacious living and dining areas, large bedrooms, along with a superb fully equipped kitchen with our signature and unique private outdoor Kimberley shower.
Featuring two designer swimming pools, one with a waterfall, set in lush tropical gardens. Large tailored shade sails provide protection from the sun, with gazebos and a large electric barbecue around the main swimming pool providing a relaxing way to end the day. Both swimming pools are temperature controlled for your comfort.
Linen is PROVIDED. Cleaning and laundry fee of $380.00 applies to your booking.
Booking fee of $45 applies to your booking.
There is an accidental damage protection $3000 Coverage fee of $69.00.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted).
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation admin fee.
Booking cancelled less than 60 Days before the start of stay, are non refundable. Exceptions may apply.
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted.
Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to circumstances beyond our (BHH) control an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible, in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest, minus a processing fee of $50.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured, the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honoured within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of $50.
GUESTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE, to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

Very Tropical
Very nice place to stay. Staff were efficient. Pool was great. Needs a restaurant or shop to buy food. Hire or complamentary push bikes would be a plus. If I was in broome again I would stay there againGreat place to stay in Cable Beach
Great resort to have some R&R. Very private studios with the most amazing outdoor shower under the stars. Loved my stay and can't wait to return. Only downside was a bit far to walk to beach, but there are buses every half hour to take you to beach, or all over Broome.
