The contemporary kitchen is both stylish and practical, featuring sleek stainless steel appliances, vibrant splashbacks, a large island bench, and everything needed for effortless holiday dining. The adjoining dining area enjoys stunning valley vistas and opens directly onto the wraparound verandah, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with three well-appointed bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a luxurious ensuite complete with a deep soaking bathtub overlooking the valley. A separate adults' retreat provides additional privacy with a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette, and entertainment system, making it ideal for couples or extended family members. The third bedroom includes two single beds and two trundles, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for children or additional guests. A stylish main bathroom features both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub.
Outdoor living is a highlight, with an expansive wraparound verandah offering multiple areas to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Despite its secluded feel, the property is just three minutes from both Yallingup and Smiths Beach, placing some of the South West's most beautiful coastline within easy reach.
Spend your days exploring nearby surf breaks, pristine beaches, walking trails, boutique wineries, breweries, and renowned restaurants before returning to your private bushland sanctuary. Combining rural tranquillity with convenient access to the region's most sought-after attractions, Valley Views offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

* All linen and towels provided.
* A starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
* A small amount of firewood and firelighters are supplied during winter.
* Additional firewood can be purchased locally if required.
* Telstra and internet reception may be intermittent due to the rural location.
* Pets are welcome but cannot be left unattended at the property.
* Fully fenced backyard.
* No leavers permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
