INTERIOR
Perched high above Gunyulgup Valley, Valley Views is a spacious rural retreat designed to immerse guests in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the home with natural light while framing sweeping valley and bushland views, and the open-plan living area features timber floors, soaring ceilings, plush seating, surround sound entertainment and a striking stone fireplace for cooler evenings.
The contemporary kitchen is stylish and practical, with stainless steel appliances, a large island bench and everything needed for relaxed holiday dining. The adjoining dining area opens onto the wraparound verandah, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for families and groups.

EXTERIOR
Outdoor living is a highlight at Valley Views, with a generous wraparound verandah, covered alfresco space, outdoor kitchen and BBQ area overlooking the valley. The fully fenced backyard provides space for children and pets, while the elevated bushland setting gives the home a peaceful rural feel close to Yallingup, Smiths Beach, wineries, galleries and restaurants.
TO NOTE
Pets are welcome but cannot be left unattended.
Telstra and internet reception may be intermittent.
A small amount of firewood and firelighters are supplied during winter.
Additional firewood can be purchased locally if required.
School leavers bookings are not accepted.
Outdoor music, parties, weddings and functions are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
