Unit 16 Pelican Shore Villas is a self contained 2 story villa with 3 x Bedrooms, 1 x Bathroom & 2 x Toilets
The bedrooms are located upstairs with patios overlooking the pool area, garden and glimpses of the Murchison River from upstairs.
Downstairs consists of lounge, dining area with comfortable seating for 6.
A separate kitchen & laundry are some of the features that make this unit feel like a home away from home.
All bedrooms upstairs are air conditioned with ceiling fans. The property is spacious with tiled floors throughout keeping this lovely and cool in summer.
Sleeps 6 pax - | Bedroom 1 x queen bed | Bedroom 2 x queen bed | Bedroom 3 x two single beds.

Unit 16 has off road car parking entering the property from Hackney Street with a carport and plenty of space for 2 vehicles or a boat and trailer.
Located very close to the foreshore, shops and restaurants, this is a great spot to stay for walking to the river for a swim or fish or popping down to the shops for the essentials.

Unit 16 Pelican Shore Villas require a $250 refundable bond when booking their property. This will be added to your accommodation booking at the shopping cart - The bond will be refunded on departure, by contacting the Visitor Centre on 08 9937 1104 after the cleaner has inspected the property - Thank you

KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. Unit 16 PELICAN SHORE VILLAS CANCELLATION POLICY -
Unit 16 Pelican Shore Villas REFUND POLICY and BOND AGREEMENT:
* Cancellations 30 days before check-in will be refunded 100% of the amount paid (minus KVC cancellation fee).
* Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of the amount paid (minus KVC cancellation fee).
* Cancellations of 14 days or less will receive NO REFUND (minus KVC cancellation fee).
* Operator amendment fee $50 per booking.
Terms:
1.The person making the booking is referred to hereafter as the client.
2.The client must not allow more people than stated in the original booking to occupy the property without written consent of the Owner or the KVC. If this were to occur without consent the owner reserves the right to refuse occupancy charge additional pax fees up to the max 6 occupants.
3.The client or any member of the party shall not be allowed to take animals into the property.
4.The client & all members of the party agree to both keep the property clean & tidy & to leave the property in a similar condition as it was found upon arrival.
5.The client is responsible to the Owner for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property - along with any additional costs that may result - which are caused by the client and/or any member of the party.
6. Peak Season is determined as during WA School Holiday periods.

Pelican Shore Villas are well-maintained, spacious units located on Grey St overlooking the river and foreshore of Kalbarri. Our unit is on the second row, with lovely views over the garden and pools areas.
