The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is designed for comfort and connection, with floor-to-ceiling views, a large wood fireplace, Smart TV and generous seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a breakfast bar, dishwasher, coffee machine and dining essentials for self-contained stays.
A separate theatre room provides space for movie nights, while the fully equipped home office allows guests to work remotely if needed. Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home ensures year-round comfort.

Turf and Surf offers a peaceful acreage setting with a vast backyard, shaded alfresco area, BBQ, firepit and views towards the golf course. Guests can relax outdoors beneath the gum trees, watch kangaroos at dusk or enjoy family games in the backyard. The property is close to Margaret River town, Gnarabup Beach, Prevelly, wineries and local attractions.

The golf course backs onto the property but is not accessible directly from the home
Firepit use should follow seasonal fire restrictions

Noise must be minimised after 10:00 PM

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation, any monies paid will only be refunded if Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals is able to secure a replacement booking for the same dates. Where a replacement booking is obtained, a refund will be issued less a $100 administration fee.
In the unlikely event that Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals is required to cancel a booking, every effort will be made to transfer the reservation to suitable alternative dates within six months of the original booking date. If this is not possible, all monies paid will be refunded in full. No further compensation will be payable.
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive holiday and travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
School leavers bookings are not accepted at any time of the year. The property is located within a quiet residential area and guests are asked to respect neighbouring properties at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum, particularly after 10:00pm.
The property is approved for holiday accommodation purposes only and may not be used for parties, weddings, functions or other events. Any unauthorised gatherings will be terminated immediately. Noise complaints or breaches of the propertys terms and conditions may result in forfeiture of the security bond and/or immediate eviction.
