Leave your worries at the door when you arrive at Trinder Retreat. Perfect for all year round you will be immersed into the relaxing Margaret River way.

The property comprises of a 4 bedroom main house sleeping 8 guests, and a 2 bedroom cottage that sleeps 4 guests. Arriving into the driveway you are greeted by an array of fruit trees and the Cape Mentelle vineyard to your right. The downstairs of the property has a fully equipped kitchen with all important Nespresso machine to enjoy your morning cuppa in the lush gardens. A dining table awaits ready for you to enjoy family meals around. Snuggle up on the large sofa with the fire lit in the Winter or open the doors to feel the cool Margaret River breeze in the warmer months. There is also the advantage of the split cycle air con unit too.

On the lower level of the house there is 1 x King room, 1 x Queen and a small bunk room perfect for the kids to fight over who gets the top bunk! The main family bathroom has a large bath, and separate shower. The garage has been utilized as a games room with big screen smart TV, sofas, and even a couple of bikes to use. There is an outdoor shower adjacent to the garage, for getting the beach sand off after your adventures.

Upstairs you will be amazed by the master room with King bed, feature bathtub, large walk in robe, an ensuite with 'partner's sinks and separate shower and WC along with a split cycle air con. This room also boasts a balcony outlook with Cape Mentelle in the distance.

The separate laundry forming part of the large outdoor entertaining area, has its own toilet and shower facilities.

The outdoor area definitely has the WOW factor with 2 x outdoor baths for you to sink into with a glass of Margaret Rivers finest. Cook up a storm on the BBQ and sit around the handmade table sharing stories about the days events. On the other side of the alfresco you will find the cottage which has a Queen bedroom and 2 x Singles. The cottage is self contained with a full kitchen, bathroom, dining table, sofas, large smart TV, a small log burner and a split cycle Air. Con. unit.

The gardens have been lovingly tendered to and also have resident Koi in the pond! Please do not feed them - we will tend to their dietary requirements.

Trinder Retreat will bring so many family memories for you to enjoy in the coming years. Please treat our home like your own and enjoy your time there with lots of laughter, fun and special times.

One bag of Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require additional firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
