Overview

Tonic is a stylish family bushland retreat tucked away in the picturesque Yallingup Hills, offering peace, privacy and sweeping views across native bushland, vineyards and a tranquil dam. Designed for relaxation and connection, the home features spacious living zones, warm timber accents and large windows that bring the natural surroundings indoors.

The main open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a slow-combustion fireplace, reverse-cycle air conditioning and a Sonos speaker system, creating a welcoming space to gather throughout the year. A second living area provides a playful retreat with a TV, Wii console, books, board games, toys and a chalkboard wall, making it ideal for families.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Corian benchtops, electric oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, walk-in pantry, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils. A dedicated study nook provides a quiet space for remote work or reading.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & conditions if your plans change

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
