Designed for relaxation and connection, the home features spacious living zones, warm timber accents and large windows that bring the natural surroundings indoors. The main open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a slow-combustion fireplace and reverse-cycle air conditioning, creating a welcoming space to gather throughout the year.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catered stays, featuring Corian benchtops, an electric oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, walk-in pantry, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils. Multiple indoor and outdoor dining spaces allow guests to enjoy meals while taking in the serene bushland setting. Families will appreciate the second living area, complete with a TV, Wii console, books, games and toys, while a dedicated study nook provides space for remote work or quiet reading.

- School leavers bookings are not accepted.
- Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00pm.
- Outdoor music is not permitted at any time.
- This property is self-catering.
- A starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge and bin bags is provided.
- Linen and bath towels are provided.
- Noise complaints may result in forfeiture of bond and/or immediate eviction.
