This luxury self contained beach house has 3 bedrooms all with king size beds and ocean views and 2 bathrooms. Families are most welcome, one of these king size beds can be seperated into two king singles. Cots and a high chair are free of charge should they be needed along with buckets and spades and various board games for the whole family.

A fifty percent deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Your booking is non-refundable if cancelled/amended 30 days or less prior to arrival,.

From Margaret River town, head to Surfers Point at Prevelly down Wallcliffe Road. Turn right onto Surfers Point Road, left into Mitchell Drive where you will see the historic Greek Chapel, then left into Chapel Place. The Roozen Residence is Number four.

Beautiful house to explore Margaret River region from
Spacious modern house that has been decorated and furnished well. Has everything you need for a good vacation - easy access to the beaches - great surfing - vineyards on the doorstep and the town of Margaret River is only 10 minutes away. Great views of the sea.Beautiful all year round
This place was stunning for a quick weekend getaway from the Perth city life. Kitchen is nice and open plan and social with the living areas. Views are breathtaking from all windows. Very clever architecture. I’m sure we’ll be back to stay again :)
